In accordance with the commemoration of “400 years of trade between Japan and the Netherlands”, we have received an formal invitation from Amstelveen as part of their “2009 Commemoration of 400 years of trade between Japan and the Netherlands Activities”. As such, we seek to contribute to fostering international friendship through the dispatch of a group of representatives of Japanese Budo. In addition to displaying the essence of Japanese Budo, we will conduct seminars, hands-on experience and training sessions in Japanese Budo in order to further promote the international understanding of Budo.
